Am checking in to remind myself that these are the cupcakes that I'd like to try out. Soon. Yum.

• Caramel cupcakes with salted caramel buttercream frosting
• Chocolate banana cupcakes with banana cream cheese frosting

And also to try making marshmallows again. Damn candy thermometer. Super failed marshmallows sitting on the table now :(
